  1. How do I book a Princess Party in NJ?
    Call 732-320-2247 and speak with one of our party specialists or complete the form under the "Contact Us" tab. We will return your request within 48 hours.
  2. How do you recommend I time my party & entertainment?
    We recommend beginning your entertainment approximately 30 - 60 minutes into the party. This will ensure that all guests have arrived and no one misses the characters. It also allows enough time for the children to have lunch or snacks prior to the games/activities starting. As per our white glove policy, we ask that no food or drinks be served while the children are dressed up. Also, the children should not eat or drink near the entertainers to ensure that we keep the high quality of our attire.
  3. What does your dress-up include & do the children get to keep it?
    Our dress up includes tutus, wands, & crowns for the girls. For the boys, we have capes & hats. The children do not get to keep the dress up however, we would be happy to arrange items for an additional fee that could be used as a favor or giveaway. Mascot parties will not have dress up.
  4. How will my princess party in New Jersey be confirmed?
    One of our party specialists will contact you at least 3 days prior to your party date to confirm all of the details including the number of guests.
  5. What age child counts toward my RSVP count?
    If the child will be participating in the activities, they should be counted.
  6. Are there any additional fees I should expect?
    There is an additional $50 travel fee plus tolls for parties located more than 30 to 44 miles from Exit 114 on the GSP. If mileage exceeds 45 miles the additional travel fee will be $75 plus tolls. We will use mapquest directions to determine the mileage. We offer many add-ons and enhancements which are available at an additional cost.
  7. What is the cancellation policy concerning your princess parties in NJ?
    We are very understanding as to unexpected occurrences. Please just let us know as soon as possible. We will be happy to work with you to rebook your party. If you choose not to reschedule, we understand, however, your deposit is nonrefundable.
  8. What happens if an emergency arises or bad weather occurs?
    We will use as a guide to determine whether it is safe for our entertainers to travel. If we feel as though it is not safe, we will do everything we can to reschedule your party at your convenience. If there is an emergency in which the entertainer of your choice becomes unavailable or ill, we will do everything in our power to fill their absence. We will ALWAYS work with you to come up with the best solution.
  9. What type of set-up do you require?
    We require a wide open area for our scenic backdrop & dancing/game activities. For packages that include interactive story time, a chair for the princess is needed. We will need a table and chairs for the packages that include make-up or tattoos. Mascot parties require space foe dancing activities. We need to have power for music if you are having a outdoors party. We ask that this is set up in advance.
  10. What if I want my entertainer to stay longer?
    If it does not pose a scheduling conflict, we would be happy to accommodate you. The additional rate will be $25 per 15 minutes for each character. This is required to be paid prior to the performer's additional time.
  11. May the characters accept gratuity?
    Our entertainers are extremely well trained and will do their best to ensure that your party is a huge success. We do not include gratuity in the price of the party however, if you would like to show your entertainer that you loved their performance, gratuity is a great way to do so. Although it is not expected, it is always appreciated.
  12. What form of payment do you accept?
    $50 check, credit card, or pay pal non-refundable deposit is required to save your date. In the event that you choose to ask the performer to stay for additional 15 minute increments, we require that the additional rate be paid in the form of cash or check at time of service.
  13. Do you have a location/venue to host my party?
    No, we do not. All customers are responsible for providing a location for upcoming parties. We do, however, have a partnership with All About Fun in Matawan, New Jersey.
  14. How do I apply if I have interest working as a character for My Fairytale Dream?

Please make sure that pets are not kept in the party area

We are pleased to provide birthday party entertainment for your child and guests. However, it is not our intention to violate copyright laws. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for the specific character.
